Stacey Wall, Chief Executive Officer
Stacey received a B.B.A. from the University of Mississippi in 1981 and is a 1993 graduate of Cannon Financial Institute in Advanced Trust Investments. He has served on the Board of Governors for the Country Club of Jackson, the Board of Directors of the Association of Trust Organizations, the Board of Directors for the Madison County Foundation and the Advisory Council of SEI of Oaks, Pennsylvania. Stacey is a past president of the Board of Directors of the Gateway Rescue Mission, a past member of the University of Mississippi Philanthropy Advisory Council, the Investment Policy Board of the General H. Louis Wilson Fund of Millsaps College, and the Estate Planning Council of Mississippi. He has also served on the Belhaven College Foundation Estate Planning Advisory Council, the Millsaps College Estate Planning Council and the Board of Advisors of the Metro Business Chronicle.
Stacey currently serves as President of the Lost Rabbit Urban Renewal District Board of Commissioners and on the Advisory Board of the Madison County Business League & Foundation. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Edith and Mariana Alexander Memorial Foundation Trust Fund, which provides financial assistance to visually impaired people in the greater Jackson, Mississippi, area. In 2013, the Mississippi Business Journal selected Stacey as one of Mississippi's "Leaders in Finance".
Prior to founding Pinnacle Trust in 1997, he served as Chief Investment Officer for a regional financial institution with responsibility for approximately $1 billion under investment management. He has more than 34 years of experience as an investment professional.
Patrick joined Pinnacle Trust in March of 2016 to serve as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. His primary role is managing the daily business operations of the firm which includes operations, technology, compliance and risk management.
Prior to being associated with Pinnacle Trust, Patrick held various senior management and operations roles during his thirty-year career in the financial services industry.
Patrick received a B.A. in Economics from Southeastern Louisiana University and is a graduate of Cannon Financial Institute at the University of Notre Dame. He holds the Certified Securities Operations Professional (CSOP) designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers.
Beth McGaugh, Chief Financial Officer
Beth received a B.P.A. in Accounting and B.B.A. in Banking & Finance from Mississippi State University in 1984. Before being one of the co-founders of Pinnacle Trust in 1997, she served as Chief Financial Officer for a regional financial institution. In 2001, Beth was named to the Mississippi Business Journal’s "Top 40 Under 40".
She is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Jackson where she served on the Finance Council and as Finance Chairman of Mistletoe Marketplace. Beth is a Life member of the Junior Auxiliary of Madison-Ridgeland, where she was on the Executive Board, as Public Relations Chairman, Scholarship Chairman and a member of the Finance Committee. She is a past member of the Estate Planning Council of Mississippi and the Mississippi chapter of the Financial Planning Association where she served as Ethics Chairman.
In 2000, the Mississippi Business Journal elected Beth as one of Mississippi's Top Fifty Women in Business. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Pinnacle Trust and has over twenty-five years of experience in accounting, trust and finance.
Maeve Beard, Sr. Vice President, Director of Advisor & Investment Support
Maeve received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. During her tenure at SMU, Maeve was a BBA Scholar, SMU Distinguished Scholar and received both the Rotunda Award and Criteria Award for Distinction in Rhetoric. She was also a member of Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority where she served as Finance Deputy, a Business Scholar Mentor, and volunteered for inner city youth programs.
Maeve previously interned for both the Dallas Mavericks and Pinnacle Trust. She was awarded the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation in 2013 and Certified Wealth Strategist® designation in 2014. Maeve also completed her insurance license requirements in 2011. She also serves on the Pinnacle Trust Investment Committee.
Carol Brock, Sr. Vice President, Director of Operations
Carol received her Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi in 1985. Before joining Pinnacle Trust, Carol worked for 9 years in the financial industry in the Atlanta, GA, area and worked as the Chief Financial Officer for a local technology company for 15 years. In 2005, Carol received the Georgia Occupational Award of Leadership.
Kristi Smith, Assistant Vice President, Compliance Officer
Kristi worked for a regional financial institution prior to joining Pinnacle Trust in September 2017. She has more than ten years of banking experience with over six years specific to trust management. Kristi obtained her Certified Securities Operations Professional (CSOP) designation from Cannon Financial Institute in 2016 and is in the process of obtaining the Certified Investment & Risk Specialist (CFIRS) designation from Cannon, as well. Kristi also holds the Certified IRA Specialist designation (CIS) from Ascensus IRA University. She attends Pinelake at the Reservoir.
Kathryn Coker, Accounting
Kathryn earned her Bachelors of Business Administration Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Mississippi in 1981. In 1996, she earned a Masters of Business Administration from Mississippi College. Kathryn joined Pinnacle Trust in March 2016. Kathryn came to Pinnacle Trust in 2016 with 14 years’ experience in the financial industry and 20 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry.
Kathryn is a past President of the Institute of Financial Education, and served in the Junior League of Jackson.
Gary Dye, Associate Relationship Manager
Gary received his Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing at the University of Mississippi. He went on to receive his Masters of Business Administration at the University of Mississippi. During his time in Oxford, Gary was a member of the Kappa Alpha Order where he served as Treasurer and Financial Officer. Gary was also involved in after school tutoring programs and created a revenue generating website for an Alzheimer’s support clinic.
Gary previously interned at local insurance companies and served as a graduate assistant for Ole Miss Athletics. He has been a certified life, health, and disability insurance agent since 2014.
Jessica Kirchner, Administrative Assistant
Jessica is a 2008 graduate of Holmes Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science in Architectural Engineering, and attended the University of Southern Mississippi. Prior to joining Pinnacle Trust, Jessica worked with a regional financial institution. She is a licensed insurance agent with the State of Mississippi. Jessica is an active member of Broadmoor Baptist Church in Madison.
Rhonda Lowe, Vice President, Operations Coordinator
Rhonda is a 1998 graduate of Mississippi College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Prior to joining Pinnacle Trust in 2008, Rhonda worked as a chief operations officer in the insurance industry.
Dacia Malone, Operations Specialist
Dacia graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. She received her Master of Education in Elementary Education from Delta State University. While attending USM, Dacia mentored students at the DuBard School for Language Disorders. Additionally, she participated in an organization that helped tutor underprivileged children in an after school program. Dacia transferred her experience from the classroom to the operations team at Pinnacle Trust.
She is active at St. Paul Catholic Church in Brandon.
Blake Price, Associate Relationship Manager
Blake graduated Magna Cum Laude from Millsaps College in 2014 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. During his time at Millsaps, Blake was a Founding Father of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity and played four years of college football, where he was a part of two SAA Conference Championship seasons. He was also inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, the top international honor society for business schools designed to honor students who have excelled in their studies by placing in the top 10% of their class.
Blake went on to complete his Masters of Business Administration at the Else School of Management after being selected as the 2014 recipient of the prestigious Allison Coggin Lee Memorial Endowed Scholarship. This is the largest scholarship the program offers and is awarded to one student every year based on exceptional aptitude for graduate business study, involvement in college and community activities, and GMAT scores. While completing his Master’s degree, Blake worked as a business analyst for ELSEWorks Entrepreneurial Initiative where he assisted start-up businesses and established businesses through financial analysis, market research, and business operations planning in order to increase organizational efficiency.
Deonté Sanders, Trust Assistant
Deonté received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting and his Master's in Business Administration from Belhaven University. During his tenure at Belhaven, Deonté was a member of the men's soccer team and a part of the 2012 NAIA National Championship team. Along with soccer, he competes in AAU Karate where he won a national championship in 2016.
Prior to joining Pinnacle Trust, Deonté spent two years as a member of a regional financial institution's trust department focusing on trust accounts and closely-held businesses. He has over four years of experience in the financial industry.
Shannon Verucchi, Associate Relationship Manager
Shannon joined Pinnacle Trust in February of 2017 as an Associate Relationship Manager. Her focus will be getting to know our clients and their needs so she can assist our Relationship Managers and Advisors with implementation and administration of employee retirement plans. Shannon comes to us with 6 years of experience with a regional financial institution. She is an active member of Hickory Ridge Baptist church in Florence, MS.
