Warren obtained his law degree from the University of Arkansas, as well as a B.A. from the University of Memphis. In addition, he earned the Certified Financial Services Counselor designation from the National Graduate Trust School. Warren has over thirty years of experience in the estate planning and financial services industry, including with banks, savings associations, as a planned giving officer for a medical school and as a deferred compensation consultant to healthcare industry employees. He holds NASD Series 6 and 63 securities licenses, as well as a Mississippi Department of Insurance, Life, Health & Accident Combined license.

Warren spends his spare time as an instant replay official in football for the Southeastern Conference.
