David is a 1982 graduate of Mississippi State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He became a Certified Financial Planner in 1987. David has provided consulting services to individuals, professional advisors, and to non-profit organizations since 1984. Prior to coming to Pinnacle Trust in 2000, David served as Director of Gift and Estate Planning for two private colleges. David holds NASD Series 7, and 63 licenses, as well as a Mississippi Department of Insurance, Life Health & Accident Combined license. He has been a member of the Estate Planning Council of Mississippi and is a former president of the Mississippi chapter of the Financial Planning Association.

In 2007, the Metro Business Chronicle selected David as one of the Jackson area’s top professionals in the service industry.
